Product and Service Innovation

This one-day seminar turns brand values into actual product and service experiences. This requires to take multiple perspectives at once: the design and technology, but first and foremost the users of the brand. To strategically define products and services that reflect core brand values is a task for product managers, but also for designers, developers and especially founders. This seminar uses practical methods from Design Thinking but also collaboration methods like Liberating Structures that participants will have no trouble transferring into their day job.

Aim of the seminar

In this seminar you’ll learn how to design and develop a coherent product-service-system that considers both user needs and brand values. This requires both a strategic perspective on the overall system, but also a pragmatic approach to quickly turn ideas into tangible prototypes. We’ll use a hands-on process that can easily be transferred into your job profile.

    You’ll learn methods to frame a challenge and turn it into an idea concept.

    Pick a prototyping method that helps you getting your idea out and learn as much as you can.

    Anja Kässner is a Digital strategist and facilitator, the founder of workshopmacher.de. She has previously worked at several international agencies as Strategist and Experience Designer. She currently teaches at FOM University of Applied Sciences and DAPR, German academy of Public Relations.
