In this introductory workshop to the world of chatbots and other conversation interfaces, you will understand the basics of how this world, which for many is still a black box, works. As the novelty of dialogue-based conversational interactions increases, you will be able to use this knowledge to your advantage.

Finally, we will conclude the workshop with a working prototype, which you will build yourself with proven methods and tools using one of the best bot platforms Cognigy.AI.
